Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please be considerate and cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours notice.

If an appointment is cancelled by patient on the same day, the fee will be as follows:

• Small Areas = $10 fee
• Medium Areas = $25 fee
• Large Areas = $45 fee
• Multiple Areas = $60 fee
